Thanks to everyone who attended the 2nd Annual Good Shepherd Center Gala: An Evening of Hope and Impact!
Good Shepherd Gala A Success On Saturday, September 6, the Good Shepherd Center held their 2nd annual fund-raising gala, Fighting Hunger for 39 Years, at the Tellico Village Yacht Club. From all aspects it was a huge success.
Paul Aldrich entertained with his Christian comedy act including several hilarious renditions of songs from the 60’s and 70’s. The Yacht Club provided elegant charcuterie tables and served a prime rib dinner. Dinner music was provided by Diamond J. and the Heads and Tails game was fun for all. A silent auction featured goods and services from local businesses, resort stays, unique adventure packages, and photo paintings from a local artist.
We would like to extend a thank you to our Platinum Sponsor-Tennessee Valley Authority, our Bronze sponsors – Chota Community Health Services, Peoples Bank of East Tennessee and Volunteer Federal and to Friends of the Good Shepherd Center. We also want to thank the volunteers that helped make this event a success and a special thank you to everyone who was in attendance. Without your support, we would not be able to serve as many
