Our Commitment to Your Donation

As a non-profit charity, Good Shepherd Center relies entirely on donations to carry out our vital work in the community. It’s important to understand that when you make a donation to us, those funds are typically put to use very quickly to support our various programs and services. Because of this, we operate under a policy where all donations are considered non-refundable.

No Physical Goods or Traditional Returns

Since we are a charitable organization and do not sell physical products or services in exchange for your donation, the concepts of “shipping” and “returns” as they relate to tangible goods do not apply to transactions with Good Shepherd Center. Your donation is a gift given to further our mission, not a purchase.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

While our general policy is that donations are non-refundable, we understand that unique circumstances can sometimes arise.
